Rocket PM was founded in July 2022 by friends and property investors Ben Temple and Angus McIntosh. Ben had advised Angus on his initial investment, and their friendship grew stronger with each successful venture.
After years of dealing with the high street estate agency environment, which prioritised maximising fees over client satisfaction, they decided to take matters into their own hands. Angus approached Ben with his portfolio problems, and that's when Rocket PM was born.
Their experience made it clear that there was a significant gap in the market for a property advisory and management business that put clients first. They aimed to deliver old-fashioned client service with best-in-class property management technology, providing transparent fees and independent advice to maximise client returns whilst minimising costs. There were to be no hidden fees from contractors, and the business would be managed by landlords for landlords.
Since launching in July, Rocket has far surpassed expectations, on-boarding many new properties, with an average of over 20% rise in rents, and lowered costs in almost every case. Ben and Angus take pride in demonstrating that expert advice, high-quality service, and great value for money are key ingredients for long-term success.

Ben Temple MRICS - Co-founder and Director
Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the property industry for his entire working life.
Ben’s experience spans 30 years of managing portfolios, and advising clients on property investments, refurbishments, lettings and block management.
He’s even gone out to unblock his clients’ drains himself if he absolutely has to. He’s happy to advise whether you are wanting to build a portfolio, or are just starting out with your first investment.

Angus McIntosh - Co-founder and Non-Executive Director
Angus has been a property investor since 2003 whilst enjoying a career in the financial news and data sector, where he held several senior management positions in London, New York, and Sydney.
Most recently he was Chief Commercial Officer of private equity-backed business, Acuris.
After a successful exit in July 2019, Angus left in September 2020 to focus on his own property Investments.
Shylynn Zapata - Executive Manager
An experienced and dedicated customer service professional, Shy has worked with Rocket on a variety of Residential Property projects for the last two years and provides executive level support, property management and administrative support for the business.
Charlie Baker - Lettings and Property Manager
Charlie is a recent graduate in Psychology and Criminology from Nottingham Trent University and joined the team in 2022 to run the Lettings and Management department.
Charlie is passionate about property, trained in buy-to-let and auction property purchases and will shortly begin his RICS professional training.
Claire Squelch - Operations Manager
Claire oversees Rocket's operations, including finance, marketing, CRM, and HR systems.
Having resided and worked in London for more than a decade, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Before joining Rocket, Claire held various commercial and visual positions at Marks & Spencer and successfully managed her own business in Wimbledon.
Matthew Cousins - Acquisitions and Property Manager
Matt started working at Rocket in 2023, initially establishing himself within Lettings, and now he oversees Acquisitions, Refurbishment and Property Management.
Matt is also a landlord with a real passion for property; as demonstrated in his portfolio.
Buying and renovating his investments over the last five years, he is experienced in hands-on maintenance and refurbishment which he has brought to his role within the Rocket team.
Bianca Agulto - Administrative Support
Bianca is a seasoned Administrative Support professional with a proven track record of supporting multiple real estate and sales teams. Her expertise lies in effectively managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and conducting meticulous quality checks on inspection reports. Bianca extends her support services across the entirety of the Rocket team, including comprehensive diary management, assisting the Property Management team, overseeing and coordinating work orders, and assisting with letting inquiries.
