Listing & Marketing
Using Rocket infrastructure and expertise, we will market your property to find short-let guests. This will include marketing photos, a virtual tour and the creation of a floor plan for your property, in preparation for listing it on recognised and trusted platforms.
Cleaning
Rocket can take care of all cleaning requirements, before, during and after each short-term let. We will provide the property with fresh luxury linen, so your own linen never has to be used.
Maintenance
Rocket Property Management has a trusted team of contractors to cover all possible maintenance issues, from renewing your Gas Safety certificates, fixing your fridge, or painting and decorating. We do it all and deliver this service with the Rocket promise that we never charge a commission on our contractors’ invoices
On Call
We will be on hand to act as the host of the property so that when you have a short-term let you will not be contacted by the guests. Rocket Stays will host on your behalf and be the point of contact.
Rocket Stays Fees
A short-letting fee of 20% plus VAT.
This will provide the owner with the following services:
Marketing and Listing, including professional photography.
Bookings, property preparation and check-in.
Fresh luxurious linen, including towels.
A customer service helpline manned 24/7 by an experienced team to answer all questions and resolve any issues for the guests.
All cleaning and maintenance costs will be charged as required for your property. Guests will be charged for the check out clean and linen.

Easy to Book
Using recognised booking portals, guests can easily find and book a Rocket Stays property and will then be served by the Rocket Stays customer services team, to answer any questions in advance and during their stay.
Vacant Property Management
Rocket can manage your property during void periods. This means we will take responsibility for managing and paying your utility bills, council tax and service charges from your funds held in our client account. We visit your property once a month when not occupied so that you can have peace of mind that your property is being looked after and to comply with insurance requirements.
