Full Lettings & Property Management Package (10% + VAT = 12%)
Landlords who choose both Lettings & Management get a comprehensive, hands-free service for 10% + VAT = 12% of monthly rent, plus an initial set up fee at £400 plus VAT = £480.
This combines tenant placement & property management, meaning that both landlord and tenant relationships are maintained professionally throughout the tenancy.
Rocket clients also have access to various additional services for free; access to the legal advice helpline, portfolio and market advice, advice on licensing and compliance works, and access to a wide range of tried and tested professional advisors from accountants to solicitors, mortgage advisors and more.
Additional Services & Fees
Property Management only – 5% plus VAT = 6% of the monthly rental

Rocket Stays (Short-Let Management) – 20% + VAT = 24% of the gross income.

Short-term rentals can earn up to 30% more than traditional long-term lets - especially during peak demand periods but are restricted to no more than 90 days in Greater London.
Vacant Property Management –from £100/month plus VAT = £120 per month
For landlords with empty properties, Rocket offers vacant property management to keep up security, compliance, and maintenance.
Tenant Fees – most fees are now illegal for tenants and therefore cannot be charged since the tenant fees act 2019. This is why fees are now charged mainly to landlords, but there is one fee charged regularly to tenants which is for a contract variation at the tenants request, and this is capped at £50 incl VAT.
