Landlord Fees are:
Letting and Management 10% plus VAT = 12% monthly inc VAT
Management only 5% plus VAT = 6% monthly inc VAT
Letting set up fee £400 plus VAT = £480 inc VAT
Renewal or Rent Review fee £200 plus VAT = £240 incl VAT
License Fee £200 plus VAT = £240 inc VAT

Tenant fees are:‍
Contract variation fee £50 inc VAT
